How does it work?
We pick up and deliver your backpacks, suitcases and travel bags throughout all stages of your Pilgrimage to Santiago. 20 kg maximum weight for each bag. Bikes are not included in transportation.
You can book directly in our website or through any of our apps for iOS and Android. You can also send us an email to contact@pilbeo.com or call us on +34 670 64 80 78 .
Select your Camino and stage and Click on "Add stage" to select the pickup and delivery stage, the date and the number of packages. Click on "Add new stage" to include as many stages as you need.
Once you have selected the stages, please click on "Order now". Please fill in your personal details and select one of our safe payment methods, such as PayPal, Credit/debit card or Bank transfer.
Please note that after the payment you will receive a confirmation email with your Pilbeo Id. Card.
This card will include a sheet with the travel itinerary and will help you to identify your packages. Please note you will need to print the card and place it somewhere visible on your luggage.
After the booking is confirmed we will let you know the pickup time, which may vary from 8.00 am to 9.00 am, depending on the sort of Pilgrimage. Your luggage will be delivered before 2.30pm*.
Track the progress of your delivery through our iOS and Android apps, as they provide our customers with real-time notifications.
* Time limits for delivery with few exceptions.
